Ellen Toland is a film and stage actor living between NYC and LA.
She is an alumni of Actors Studio’s Pace University and RADA.
We first saw Ellen as a series regular in the festival favorite (NYTVF, Series Fest, Streamy Awards) and EMMY Nominated DOOMSDAY.
Her film career quickly snowballed from there with a supporting role in Julian Fellowes' THE CHAPERONE (Peacock) directed by Michael Engler. Ellen followed with another supporting role in the timely ASK FOR JANE; a true story of women supporting women with safe underground abortions pre Roe vs. Wade.
Ellen’s leading debut came March 2020 in the award winning dark romantic comedy INSIDE THE RAIN executive produced by Christine Vachon and now airing and streaming on SHOWTIME. Critics deemed her “enigmatic” and “soulful”. She garnered up-and-coming profiles in NY MOVES Magazine, ELLE, Medium and D Magazine.
She can also be seen as a guest star in BULL (CBS).
